A California jury has found Meta and YouTube liable on all counts in a landmark case that accused the tech giants of intentionally addicting a young woman and injuring her mental health.

Humans are using technology to the point of cause harm to ourselves and each other by becoming dependent on products designed to take our money and are a detriment to our health and well-being.

Now that you know social media has been held liable by court, you are not REQUIRED to visit those sites or use their products ever again. If you are unable to find yourself deleting your accounts and the data you have fed these companies, then you may be dealing with compulsive or addictive behavior, especially if you have emotional withdrawals. Fear of missing out, irritability, anxiety about not knowing what is going on on an internet website every minute of the day, or feeding delusions based on what a computer chat program we call AI has to compile for us.

You do not HAVE TO participate. The first step is deleting your profiles and data.
