After over 20 years of study and practice, I am moving away from the medical model of licensed mental health counseling and licensed marriage and family therapy. Coaching picks up where therapy leaves off in your ongoing process of knowing and understanding yourself. Your Self.

While under a coaching model, I no longer work with the psychiatric medical model or with insurance plans, this allows for more accessible rates and larger access which includes telehealth across borders.

For the diagnosis, assessment, and treatment of mental illness, please visit your primary care physician who will direct you to the appropriate licensed clinician in your state or locale. If you are experiencing a life threatening emergency, please call 911 or visit your local emergency room.

Coaching does not include those practices protected in state or local law to be provided by licensed healthcare providers.

Coaching allows for a range of support that is still rooted in evidence, such as cognitive behavioral theory, which has been studied for over 75 years. We practice in coaching what you may have learned initially with a licensed therapist. In coaching, we practice applying this regularly in your everyday life. A life coach helps you practice the language began with a therapist. This extends beyond the confines of a therapist office or clinic, especially with the use of technology. A coach can meet you where you're at and help implement the goals you have made for your mental and physical health and wellness. This includes your relationship to food, sleep, sex, shelter, self-esteem, intimate relationships and supporting your goals to transcend your self-limitations through practices like yoga, psychedelic therapy, ketamine therapy, aya retreat, etc.

My approach is about understanding the language and contemplation of the body, mind, heart and spirit– Consciousness, the experience of being a human.

Coaching is an adjunct, not a replacement for healthcare. Coaching does not involve the assessment or treatment of psychological, psychiatric, or medical disorders.
